Pricing Execution by designing the pricing strategy together with the Regional HQ and Network including both sales and business units
Discuss and Suggest the trade lane promotion by coordinate with Regional level and the network with monitoring the performance via target KPI
Actively generate leads and follow up with customers for new business opportunity to meet the target allocatoin
Cargo Steering and shared the allocation/performance based on carrier / customer requirements and OFF customer prioritization
Ensure the necessary pricing/ margins/ investment is being applied to the key trades and evaluate the returns
Setup the Standard Process from quotation to materializing the booking.
Setup and monitor operational activities for SOC volumes & cross stuffing with Terminal and Port authority
Setup Weekly Allocation Plan based on carrier allocation and internal priority for the required customers nomination by giving clear instruction to the local offices
Ensure Weekly Allocation Plan & space management is aligning with internal and external expectation
Monitor and evaluate both customers & carrier’s performance
