Our medical center is recruiting a DHA or DOH-AD licensed Pediatric Nurse for an exciting opportunity to work one on one with children to support their social communication and behavioral development. The position is open to licensed pediatric nurses who are available to join our team in Abu Dhabi or Dubai.
Our medical centers have been operating since 2006, with locations in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi. We provide services both at our centers, as well as in schools and nurseries throughout the UAE. We are in the business of providing answers for parents and help for kids with quality pediatric care. Reporting to the Clinical Director, our pediatric nurse will primarily provide one on one interventions to clients, in addition to limited support of our pediatrician and our large pediatric allied healthcare team. The pediatric nurse will be part of a department of seven certified specialists providing social communication and behavioral development in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
The candidate should already be located in the UAEand hold or be eligible to hold a DHA or DOH-AD license. The successful candidate will receive paid training to become certified to provide social and behavioral development.
The pediatric nurse interacts with staff over email, phone and in person, and is responsible for providing helpful, timely responses to ensure departmental trust. The pediatric nurse manages client files and ensures that all client files and information are maintained with integrity by all staff. In addition to their direct one to one work with children, our pediatric nurse may provide some limited reception or administrative support.
As a pediatric nurse, you are a member of the clinical team who liaises collaboratively with the administrative staff. Our medical center is a fast paced environment that requires a high degree of accuracy, a positive attitude, and a welcoming tone - both with other staff and with clients. Customer satisfaction is the number one priority. Attention to detail is crucial. Ensuring a family-friendly environment is a must. Having fun and enjoying food together is a high priority.
