Radicle is looking for an ambitious ESG & Impact Assessment Officer to be responsible for developing and overseeing projects & programs related to environmental, social and corporate impact.
The main duties and responsibilities under this role:
- Define steps necessary to address impact and ESG gaps for potential clients and identify opportunities to proactively add value and contribute to their long-term developmental impact and sustainability.
- Formulate recommendations and requirements for clients to align with the global ESG metrics.
- Lead on design and development of products and services related to this portfolio
- Build a database of clients Radicle can approach for their impact reporting needs and ESG metrics development.
- Develop technical and commercial proposals for potential clients, especially ESG/ sustainability review and guidance.
- Manage the use of customer insight and intelligence to build a better understanding of client impact reporting needs.
- Actively contribute in developing the strategic plans for acquiring, growing and developing customer relationships using his/her impact reporting expertise.
- Build and maintain relationships with relevant external stakeholders to keep up to date with developments and regulations.
- Provide technical expertise on key issues related to environmental and social impact assessment and on sustainability risks in the design, preparation, implementation and supervision of projects.
