Radicle is looking for a Strategic Designer with incredible visual skills and the ability to communicate complex information in a beautiful and engaging manner.
Who we are looking for?
A person who is highly self-motivated and proactive in research, contacting experts or people in your network to fill knowledge gaps. At visually synthesizing complex problems, and can produce reports/proposals, hypothesis maps (a kind of mind/idea map that explains a concept and its possibilities clearly). We also run workshops and co-design labs with, or on behalf of, clients; hosting, facilitating, and producing materials for the workshop.
What's expected of you?
- Synthesize information and visually communicate to partners and teammates,
- Think strategically through problems and be proactive in outlining possible solutions in a clear and engaging way,
- Be comfortable working in a distributed team, and engage in contributing to its evolution.
