The main responsibilities for this role include:
- Manage the integration of stakeholder’s deliverables including site design, IT and content;
- Organise and track project timelines and deliverables;
- Keep department presentations up to date;
- Project management including administration ie. Meeting Minutes;
- Identify risks and areas that are slipping, create an action plan to solve and deliver solutions;
- Lead the delivery and implementation of the content management system;
- Explore, develop, and test operational testing plans pre-event.
