Purpose of this role: The Regional Sales Manager is accountable for the implementation of regional strategy, and for achieving account sales and profitability goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Sales, for Current accounts; maintain relationship, visit distributors/dealers and work on New Products.

  • Sales, for New Business; Identify, negotiate, close & implement deals in new Geo-targets with new clients.

  • Sales support; work with the back office times to fulfil timely deliverance of products ordered.

  • Responsible for the Back order accuracy. Marketing;

  • Implement & monitor marketing plan per distributors, and Develop. trade marketing actions.

  • Market; Understand market dynamics, New product entries & trends,

  • Market assessment, including; identification of top distributors, Identification of potential distributors, Back price analysis, and Matrix of competitiveness.

  • Accounts receivables; responsible for the accounts of clients and assuring timing payments and follow-ups.

  • Service support; after sales support to clients. With service cases, service orders and payments.

  • Taking care of the MEA reporting.

  • Empowered to make decisions within the Middle East & Africa scope, and on behalf of the Region, sustained by EMEA GM.
