Chief – Talent Acquisition (Emirati Only) - Al Rawabit Recruitment

 Contribute in the development of the manpower plan and associated budgets in coordination with the relevant stakeholders within Our Client
 Conduct all manpower planning and assessment activities including but not limited to job evaluation, identification of strategic job families and job description development/update
 Maintain relationships with appropriate channels of candidate sourcing to identify suitable and qualified candidates to fill the positions
 Oversee the streamlined job posting optimization through streamlined job posting through online and traditional media where applicable
 Prepare and periodically review recruitment plans in coordination with the relevant stakeholders
 Manage and periodically maintain the e-recruitment database in coordination with the relevant stakeholders
 Provide input to develop the Human Resource strategic objectives and plan for Our Client
 Utilize sophisticated Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting software to track applicants from the selection phase through to on-boarding.
 Responsible for leading, overseeing and guiding the members of the recruitment team as a subject matter expert
 Coordinate with relevant stakeholders within Our Client to develop an attractive Employee Value Proposition (EVP) for new and prospective employees
