• Reviewing of the enquiries, preparation of RFIs, getting quotes for the specified items/materials from subcontractors/suppliers.
• Estimation of joinery works with cost analysis based on the project specifications.
• Preparing VE options based on the clients requirements.
• Preparation of BOQs from the floor plan based on DCD specs for the fire rating, jamb size for each opening and also taking off quantities.
• Preparing BOM, labour hours, estimated budget for the awarded jobs.
• Knowledge and experience of CD regulations, green building regulations, LEEDS, Estidama etc.
