Roles & Responsibilities
• Design & Create solutions in cooperation with the Head of Design.
• Presenting drawings, designs, plans, models and schemes often using software’s.
• Expertise in layout, color, lightning, materials selections, custom furniture and installations.
• Lead a concept driven approach to design & architecture that benchmarks the industry standards.
• Collaborate with professional and technical consultants
• Manage a team of designers for the technical details and guide them on all design matters.
• Anticipating design work to be produced, time frames and resources needed as realistic programs
• The Sr. Interior Designer will be designing interior spaces for clients from concept to completion.
• Establish excellent relations with clients, company teams, project managers and contractors in order to fully understand the project
• Excellent internal project management skills in creating and maintaining design project timelines.
• Understand clients' needs developing design concepts in consultation with the client and establishing final briefs.
• Oversee site work management during fit-out stages to manage design intention control if high quality is achieved.
• Lead and manage the interior design team members taking full responsibility for their development and delivery by delegating work accordingly
• Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices
• Capable of providing leadership and motivation to a team.
