A UAE based investment manager is looking for an Investor Relations Manager to report into the Director.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Company's investor relations (IR) strategy and ensure the IR department aligns with the Company's corporate strategy and values.
- Manage investee companies' reporting including releases, scripts, presentations and associated logistics including, results reporting, website preparation, conference call and web casting
- Manage relations with Company's investors through organizing periodic and annual meetings
- Communicate the Company's operations, corporate strategy and ongoing announcements via press releases, quarterly results, annual reports, one on one meetings, telephone calls, corporate website, conferences and roadshows
Requirements- A bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or Communications is preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in a similar role covering investor relations for public companies or investment funds.
- Strong written and verbal Arabic and English skills. Must be able to independently draft original content in both languages.
- Must be proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with financial language and ability to deliver quality output in a fast paced environment
