BU Head Kit Solutions (Senior Manager). - Manpower Middle East

Our client is now recruiting for a BU Head (Senior Manager) GCC & Africa for their Consumer Electronics Division. You will be directly reporting to the Division Head


Duties and Responsibilities:


• Establish & Source SKD, CKD business in the region. Plan and manage the entire team od Sales Managers looking after the Business Unit after the full region.
• Guide the Sales Managers to identify and work closely with new distributors to establish relationship that will generate revenue opportunities for the product ranges. Responsible for achieving the budget, growth and profitability of the product categories under BU.
• Oversee Sale, delivery, distribution, pricing, product development, marketing, advertising, customer service etc. Coach/ guide/ train the team in the BU and ensure all members are motivated. Resolve important customer/ distributor complaints.
• Ensures that the team achieves the entire BU sales budget for the region in terms of growth and profitability. Devise strategies to increase profitability of products.
• Maintain a rapport with the senior team of the distributors and visit them frequently to resolve any critical issues.
• Conduct regular team meetings and look at the Purchase, Sales & Inventory of each distributors.
• Prepare and maintain information for the review of business performance and also the forecasting of future sales business and planned activities
• Attend monthly management meetings and present the progress of the BU.
• Review requests from sales managers for the marketing development fund for each market and propose accordingly to the senior management for approval.
