Position Title: Sous Chef

About the Client:
High-end casual dining restaurant
Job Role:
- Understanding, preparation and execution of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures that meets company standards
- Responsible for inventory, stocking and preparing LPO (Local Purchase order)
- Prepare professional standard recipe
- Produce high quality plates both design and taste wise
- Fill in for the Chef de Cuisine in planning and directing food preparation when necessary
- Responsible for health, safety and food hygiene practices
Requirements:
- Male, 50 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in culinary or any related course and certifications and experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a stand-alone restaurant, high-end casual dining, or fine dining set-up
- Well-versed in culinary arts with expertise in international cuisine
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
