Job Description:
- Identify concession areas which can be offered to major Oil & Gas entities for hydrocarbon exploration, development and Productions
- Prepare documents, data room information etc. for bid rounds and conduct bid rounds in collaboration, reviewing and evaluating technical and commercial documents of offers and formalize appropriate recommendations.
- Conclude agreements with the awarded contractors and take all the necessary actions to ensure the commencement of operations as agreed.
- Review periodical reports, budgets, plans etc. in compliance with contract, ensuring that all financial matters are settled in accordance with the contracts as stipulated.
- Communicate with contractors on regular basis to facilitate dealings with local and federal Government and manage all correspondence with contractors including approvals, notices etc
