About the Client:

High-end casual dining restaurant

 

Job Role:

  • Understanding, preparation and execution of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures that meets company standards
  • Responsible for inventory, stocking and preparing LPO (Local Purchase order)
  • Prepare professional standard recipe
  • Produce high quality plates both design and taste wise
  • Fill in for the Chef de Cuisine in planning and directing food preparation when necessary
  • Responsible for health, safety and food hygiene practices

 

Requirements:

  • Male, 50 years old and below
  • Bachelor’s degree in culinary or any related course and certifications and experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a stand-alone restaurant, high-end casual dining, or fine dining set-up
  • Well-versed in culinary arts with expertise in international cuisine
  • Immediate joiners will be prioritized
