After the deadline no queries will be entertained in this regard.For any query, feel free to email at:cs411@vu.edu.pk (Marks 20)Problem Statement:You are required to create aC# WPF application usingVisual Studiowith the following functional requirements:When the application starts, a window of splash screen similar to the following window should appears for a few seconds and then control moves to login window.(You do not need to design this splash screen manually, just use built-in features) “Login Window” should be similar to the window given below in terms of color scheme and design. You can use any other logo of Virtual University to place in this window. Now the credentials of login window should be your complete VUID as username and last 3 digits of your VUID as password. While login, if you enter some other VUID or password it must show error “Invalid username or password”. And if you click on exit button then whole application must be closed.Further, you must have to apply validation on login form. If you do not enter value in any of text box and try to login then it must show error message dialog e.g. Field is required.After successful login, Main Dashboard window will appear similar to following window and your login username must pass to dashboard window and appear on screen as shown in image. In next step, you have to Click Calculator image and it will open Calculator window as shown in given below image.The demo of working of calculator is shown in attached gif file. You have to apply logic on all buttons according to their functionalities. For the detail working of all button, see demo gif file.In the last step, you have to create setup of your project using Clickonce setup wizard. And publish your whole project in separate folder name(Setup) in your project folder directory. Main Directory Setup Directory files. If you want to check the color of any label,button, background on any specific area you can use the Software name “Color Cop” already provided you in Download Section. JOB PURPOSE:

Loan Syndicated & Distribution (”LSD”) provides critical market intelligence, loan underwriting and

distribution skills in support of FAB’s GCF Loan Businesses. LSD work closely with DCM-Loans & Bonds

(DCMLB) and Structured Finance (SF) to provide optimal financing solutions for FAB’s clients and

delivering growth to the GCF’s loan product revenues.

The purpose of the role is to provide active support to senior members of the LSD team to develop and

maintain strategic relationships with banks & financial institutions across EMEA in order to understand

each party’s credit appetite, pricing hurdles and client focus in the loan markets. Such relationships

ensure FAB is best positioned to capture Lead Arranger/Bookrunner roles (whether on an underwritten or

best efforts basis), identify external syndication deals led by other banks where FAB can also participate

and source attractive secondary loan sale or purchase opportunities.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Generic Accountability:

 Provide active support to the senior members of the LSD team to –

- act as a focal point of reference for pricing and loan market intelligence within the region for

underwriting transactions and managing the global underwriting positions as a part of the

global distribution team.

- pricing, providing input on structures, syndication strategies, underwriting and bookrunning

of transactions originated by GCF Loans teams

- developing and maintaining investor relationships for the placement of primary and

secondary syndications.

- lead syndication discussions with 3rd party banks presenting analysis of the client, and

underwriting fees as well as outlining the proposed financing structure and agreeing on the

terms of the deal.

 Develop a solid understanding of the FAB’s policies and procedure relevant to the Loans business

of GCF.

 Maintain strong internal relations and collaborate with Coverage partners, Legal, Credit and

Operations in order to ensure timely execution of transactions.

Job Specific Accountabilities:

 Analyse loan market data / developments and help develop a point of view in support of senior

loan origination team members

 Ensure internal reporting is accurate and timely, and support the Head of LAF on strategic

initiatives including budgeting and business planning

 Work in a timely manner, taking ownership of projects once allocated

Client Relationship Management:

 Maintain/build relationships and hold strategic dialogue with clients in the designated portfolio.

 Originate new business opportunities with target clients across Global Markets, Global Corporate

Finance and Global Transaction Banking products.

 Examine & resolve credit, market and operational risk aspects of the transactions in collaboration

with products and enablement units.

 Pitch, review, negotiate and conclude deals and lead pitches for major opportunities within the

designated portfolio.

 Be the effective first line of defence of any regulatory and compliance risk in the designated

portfolio.

 Responsible for maintaining the credit quality of the clients relationships within the portfolio to an

acceptable level set by the Bank’s management

 Achieve quantitative and qualitative targets

 Identify & develop cross selling opportunities and increase the cross-sell ratio.

 Ensure Account Plans are maintained for all key clients.

 Ensure all clients’ files /documents are maintained.

 Ensure all credit reviews are submitted on time and agreed conditions are met.

 Maintain, monitor portfolio for any deterioration in status from a financial and regulatory

perspective and update relevant stakeholders as and when needed.

 Ensure connectivity at Senior C-suite level or equivalent client contacts

 Lead client and internal stakeholder discussions around business growth and, where appropriate,

reciprocity across all potential segments, for own portfolio.

Day-to-Day Activities:

 Complete call reports, update pipeline, and any other activities to ensure delivery of KPIs and

business continuity.

 Manage and follow up on KYC and compliance requirements in order to ensure consistency with

the Bank’s KYC and AML policies and regulatory requirements.

Policies, Systems, Processes, and Procedures:

 Observe corporate governance.

 Follow all relevant regulatory requirements, policies, processes, standard operating procedures,

and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner and within

FAB’s risk appetite.

MIS and Reports:

 Provide input to the preparation of timely and accurate reports to meet own team’s and/or the

wider FIG team’s requirements, policies, and standards.

Others:

 Manage any other duties/projects as required by the management team.
