Data Analysis and Interpretation

Review and analyze transactional data for potential suspicious activity, including those generated from an alert detection processes, subpoenas and warrants, country/corridor reviews, foreign and domestic agent matters, consumer network cases, negative media reports, as well as other sources as applicable
Conduct analysis and research of account activity to assess levels of risk and detect fraudulent / non-compliant activity

o        عند حدوث قيود ، والتي قد تتسبب في تجاوز المشروع للمواعيد النهائية الرئيسية ، يتم وضع خطة عمل لضمان التغلب على هذه المشكلة.

o        يتم تنسيق أنشطة جميع الأطراف المشاركة في المشروع لضمان التنفيذ الفعال للمشروع.

3- ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة:

·         اتباع جميع الإجراءات والمبادئ التوجيهية لضمان ومراقبة الجودة.

·         ضمان جودة العمل

4- إدارة التكاليف:

·         مسؤول عن إدارة تكاليف المشروع .

·         تحقيق معايير الأداء المطلوبة:

o        إعداد تقرير أسبوعي محدث لجميع المشاريع الخاصة بالمجموعة.

o        مراجعة واعتماد جميع مستخلصات المشروع ومقارنتها بالعمل المنجز.

o        مراقبة تكاليف المشروع بشكل مستمر لزيادة إمكانات الربح إلى أقصى حد مع تقليل المصاريف.

5- استلام المشروع:

·         مسؤول عن استلام جميع البنود المنتهية للمشروع.

·         عمل Snagging & Desnaging.

·         استلام جميع الرسومات والمخططات والضمانات وجميع ما يتعلق بالمشروع

 

 

·         تحقيق معايير الأداء المطلوبة:

·        المشروع تم تسليمة في الوقت المحدد ضمن الاطار الزمني المتفق علية.

·        الجودة العامة للمشروع

·        الانتهاء من المشروع ضمن الميزانية المعتمدة له

·         

6- المشاريع الصغيرة:

·         عمل التخطيط ومتطلبات المشروع بما في ذلك جميع الرسومات.

·         إعداد حزمة المناقصة حسب نطاق العمل.

·         المراجعة والموافقة الأولى على المناقصة.

·         تقديرات التكلفة الكاملة لجميع مراحل المشروع ووضع ميزانية كاملة.

·         إدارة الحرفيين طوال فترة استكمال المشروع.

·         الإشراف على سير العمل.

7- بالإضافة إلى أي واجبات أخرى ذات صلة مطلوبة.
