You are responsible to supports the operations for monitoring quality, compliance and regulatory aspects of IKEA Al-Futtaim Range. Key Specific Accountabilities
PR&C Operations:
- Contribute to safeguard the IKEA brand by ensuring a high quality, safe and inspirational customer experience

- Identify and escalate all Product Safety & Compliance issues within the retail country and when needed, support other IKEA units in the country

- Review and analyse test results and keep close communication with test labs
- Ensure that the IKEA routines established to handle “product safety issues” (e.g. Safety Alarm) are implemented and working in the retail country
- Develop a good working relationship with national consumer authorities and be identified as the IKEA contact person in all matters relating to product safety and compliance on the local market
- Develop and maintain a network of internal and external compliance experts on the sales markets
- Identify and develop contacts in consumer organisations on the local market and promote the perception of IKEA as the “good company”
- Develop and maintain knowledge about IKEA product requirements
- Support with the Regional Expansion Plans whenever necessary including Commercial planning, build up and opening phases.

Specifically, your key responsibilities are as follows:
- To achieve and exceed sales & gross margin targets.
- To build good rapport with existing customers and develop new customers. Maintain enquiry tracking system.
- To sell aged stock as per the company finance policies.
- To supply the material to customers in line with company credit control policies.
- To collect Local purchase order for supply the materials.
- To collect the postdated cheques.
- To get the credit invoices signed by customer.
- To collect all the credit sale document which required by company.
- Ensure the collections of receivables and customers outstanding are under control.
- To persist on the best & maximize the sales of all our brand tyres & batteries.
- Regular monitoring competitor’s activities, pricing and general market condition.
- Adhere to QMS departmental SOPs
- Responsible for carrying out work with care ensuring not to endanger the life either of themselves or others by theirs acts or omissions whilst complying to health and safety requirements of the company and preventing any harm to the environment.

You will support Aftersales department in the ensuring the correct invoicing of productive labour, consumables, oils, paint and materials and any sublet items are with the correct and accurate allocation of all job codes, repair incidents and associated repair codes for each repair, to minimise the lost productive time used on diagnostic of repairs, and to conduct all of this whilst operating within the retail and manufacturer guidelines.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities
\[ Exercise proper control over the capital expenditures and ensure accurate capitalization of the assets
\[ Analyze the inter company, head office expenses and other overheads and ensure proper controls as compared to budgeted figures and seek proper explanation to validate them.
\[ Allocate the common expenses to various cost centers as per predefined criteria and ensure control over common accounts.
\[ Assist in preparing budgets, business plan and forecast exercises by liaising with other departments involved, collection and verification of data and populating it in budgeting tools.
\[ Ensure proper accrual is being maintained for the services availed and compile the same in balance sheet schedules.
\[ Verify commission for the sales staff based on agreed criteria
\[ Prepare sales report or Ad Hoc reports for management to evaluate business performance.
\[ Liaise with the operational units to identify Forex requirements and report same to treasury department.
\[ Liaise with banks for bank guarantees, letter of credit (Import/ export) as requested by operations.
\[ Prepare cash flow statement for the current month and the forthcoming months to ensure that at no point of time company faces cash crunch and defaults in payments
\[ Facilitate the audit of accounts by internal and external auditors. Examine the audit report in consultation with seniors and implement corrective action if required to improve efficiency and transparency.
\[ Preparation of monthly management reports.
\[ Conduct periodic counts of fixed assets and trading inventory to ensure its availability and fair valuation

Reporting directly to the Product Manager - Moving Services, the successful candidate will be part of a growing mobility team and will act as the main point of communication with potential (and existing) Move One corporate clients.
