- Need Experience Agent in Dubai Real Estate Market (MANDATORY) with a strong background in Either (Sales Free Hold or Secondary Market OR Leasing )
- RERA BROKER certified
- UAE Driving license with Car (MANDATORY)
- . Selling & leasing of properties across Dubai with an existing portfolio of clients and properties.
Maintaining a database of all leads and build Networking and meeting up with clients.
- Understating of the UAE real estate market and familiarity with leasehold and freeholds, off plans, Residential & Commercial Properties, rentals.
- A team player and motivated
- Fluent in English, a second language is an added advantage. Both verbal & written.
- Have good communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintaining accurate records on properties, clients, and landlords. All paperwork, documentation, contact details, reports, or lists generated
