We are looking for a management assistant who provides dedicated and expert support to the management. He / she takes on coordinative tasks, is the first point of contact in operational matters and provides the necessary relief for the managing director as his first point of contact for day-to-day operations but also in any strategic and business matter.
As an assistant, you are involved in every matter at the core of the business. The management must be able to fully rely on you in all matters. Discretion, impeccable manners and a high level of loyalty to the management are therefore a must.

Tasks of the Management Assistant
- Assisting in developing and executing of strategic plans: Marketing, Digitalization, Supply Chain, Business Development, Product & Market Development
- Assisting in shaping the company’s overall business strategy
- Researching and collecting data for assigned research and special projects
- Execution of continuous improvement campaigns to achieve organizational excellence.
- Creation of memos to support the decision-making process of the management.
- Realization or controlling of defined projects
- Preparation and follow-up of conferences and meetings
- General organizational and secretarial tasks
- Act as an intermediary for all employee matters
Furthermore, as a competent representative of the company management, you take care of all matters of ongoing business, are in close contact with business partners and customers, and represent the company externally.
