Responsibilities
1- Responsible for building one or more brand across Madi international work field as per set strategy & client expectation.
2- Handle all brand communications & negotiations with international & local suppliers.
3- Develop brand business plan based on brand strategy and positioning.
4- Develop & Execute strategic trade marketing plans and ensure on time implementation.
5- Develop & Execute marketing activity, POSM, catalogues, communication, media & PR plans and ensure on time implementation.
6- Ensure proper communication of all plans with respective people within the company such as sales teams and principles.
7- Responsible for the brand development and brand revenue.
8- Market visits based on the brand/role/company needs.
9- Accountable on the brand budget as agreed by the management
10- Maintain efficiency in execution considering quality / time and importance as per set deadlines.
11- Conduct Market research studies which covers all business related aspects such as market dynamics, competitive analysis, price collections, client’s satisfaction, industry best practices, etc…
12- Regularly monitor and report international as well as local market trends to identify opportunities and potential portfolio expansion.
13- Develop & execute private label brands identity (design / layout / packaging / internal and external communication materials, growth plans, etc…)
14- Ensure responsible testing and brand evaluation especially for new line.
15- Plan and execute trainings, seminars and workshops whether internally or externally.
16- Plan and execute events and exhibitions as per company requirement.
17- Conduct regular inventory analysis, identify product movement, excess stock and set plans accordingly.
18- Implementing the college system
19- Maintain cost efficiency at all times while not compromising on quality / deadlines / collaboration with third party & not to exceed approved budget.
20- Apply for annual leave as per the company convenient duration and depending on business needs.
21- Handle other colleagues’ brands portfolio in case of their annual leave vacation or any other leave.
22- Travel to any country as per company requirement to meet required purpose of the business trip.
23- Any other responsibility assigned from time to time.

The Application/Database Support Analyst is responsible for IT application support activities including maintenance, administration, and first level support. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to manage the ORACLE DATABASE and AFSYS application including:
Application support
§ Resolve IT application-related incidents, service requests and problems in a timely and efficient manner in line with Business requirements
§ Employ appropriate application maintenance, support and incident management processes and procedures to support and maintain IT applications, and to investigate and resolve IT application-related incidents.
§ As required, provide timely communication to users on the status of their service requests and incidents.
§ As necessary, liaise with IT suppliers to ensure IT application-related incidents and problems are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Database Administration
§ Installation, configuration and upgrading of database (Oracle) server software and related products
§ Establish and maintain sound backup and recovery policies and procedures
§ Ability to carry out database backup and recovery
§ Ability to perform both database and operating system performance tuning and monitoring
