Supervise the work of mechanics to ensure that the set workshop processes are followed so that the work flow, quality standards, profit and customer satisfaction index is maintained.


Supervise/ Submit product quality feedback to Technical Support Specialist for sending reports to principals.

 
Advise Team Leaders/ Technicians periodically about ways and means to improve technician productivity and implementation of manufacturer’s warranty policy.


Ensure all workshop equipments like car washer, lifts etc. are in proper working condition and periodic maintenance is carried out in these equipments.


Maintain repeat job register and give timely feedback to Team Leaders, on the trend. Analyze the register and take corrective measures.


Propose and implement yearly leave plan for the workshop staffs. Organize replacement wherever required.


Recommend changes in standard labor time and recovery charges to higher authorities as and when required.

Collect job orders and the necessary materials/ tools/ equipment, to carry out the repairs and maintenance on the customers vehicles in accordance with the manufacturers repair techniques.


Ensure accurate fault diagnosis and effective utilization of time allocated for the repairs. Report to Team Leader of any delays in repairs due to unavailability of parts or any other reason.


Ensure all additional repairs are authorized; parts are booked to the repair order. Incase of warranty repair/ parts exchange program , return removed part to the parts department in the same carton to facilitate audit processes and getting necessary credit if applicable. Incase of retail jobs keep the old parts inside the vehicle except batteries and parts which may cause stain on the interior trim/ carpet of the vehicle.


Service personal tools, keep the lifts and work area clean and comply with the health and safety standards.


Upgrade knowledge by regularly doing web based courses and by attending class room trainings.


Keep all personal tools safe. Any breakages or accidents must be reported to the Team Leader / Supervisor immediately/Tool room for replacement.


Ensure efficiency and productivity is maintained above 100%.


Ensure proper clocking on/off in the system and do write up in the repair order as per the prescribed procedure.


Any unused parts must be returned or stored properly as per company procedure. Used parts must be disposed in an environment friendly manner.


To work extra hours incase the job needs to be completed to ensure customer satisfaction as per Team Leader’s requirement.

• Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others.


• Upgrade current or former customers.


• Assist with building the clients profile.


• Suggest specific product purchases to match the needs of your customer.


 


Remuneration


Our top performing sales people prefer to work commission based and achieve the highest possible earnings.


Non-commission salary including allowance 6,000 AED + commission. There is no cap to commissions earnings.

Finance & Admin Officer - SRH Inc Management Limited

Finance & Accounting


  • Responsible for preparing and maintaining accounting records from making journal entries to preparing financial statements

  • Tag fixed assets for tracking and keep Fixed Assets Register up-to-date

  • Generate invoices for revenues, process suppliers’ payments on time and ensure complete documentation

  • Track company’s cash position and prepare bank reconciliations

  • Act as controller for all expenses and ensure compliance to company policies and best practices

  • Communicate and visit the bank relationship manager for all bank related activities including the bank payments, fund transfers, change of signatories, etc.

 


Human Resource


  • Work with PRO for visa processing under DIFC (Dubai International Financial Center), DED (Ministry of Labor) & DIC (Dubai Internet City)

  • Job Posting, preparation of Offer Letter and Employee Contract in compliance with DIFC, DED & DIC Labor Laws and Handling of DIFC, AXS portal

  • Preparation of Salary Certificates, No Objection Letter, Experience Letter upon the request of employees

  • Ensure HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation

 


Legal/Compliance


  • Legal compliance & requirements required under the DIFC, DED & DIC/DCCA.

  • Renewals of Licenses

 


Admin/Office Management


 


  • Manage and secure office, medical and life insurances for company and employees

  • Buy and maintain office supplies

  • Prepare expense reimbursement reports for the employees

  • Handling of petty cash fund

  • Lease renewals

  • +7 Years experience in Sharepoint development and administration.
  • Taking technical ownership of Sharepoint environment and its underlying infrastructure.
  • Establishing a governance framework to support Sharepoint development, although the role will not be involved in day to day development work however the role will be required to establish guidelines and to put a framework to ensure a consistent and supportable Sharepoint environment.
  • Experience in managing MS SQL servers in different deployments (Standalone, clustered, AAG etc)
