KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the leasing / rental / promotional activities with Malls / Hyper Markets.
• Promote and grow customer base and service excellence.

Marketing Manager - RATP DEV
We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for the Marketing Management of the service and will be responsible for the branding and promotion strategy of the RATP Dev operation.

Responsibilities include digital and offline strategy planning, managing digital and offline projects, successful delivery, monitoring success, reporting and ensuring best-practices are followed to achieve marketing objectives. Your primary duties will be, but not limited to:
- Setting up and running online and offline marketing campaigns across all channels
- Plan the marketing strategy with a strong initial focus on brand awareness
- Management of the performance of the marketing efforts following some proposed KPI's
- Setting up key partnerships to drive customer acquisition
- Developing our content marketing strategy, including developing blog posts
- Willingness to support the operations by monitoring them once a week
- Oversee customer support via a CRM Tool and ensure consistency of customer service within the operations (shift managers, drivers).

- Purpose of the job:
Assist Sr. Operations and Maintenance Manager in entire operations and maintenance of all Emicool District Cooling Plants to deliver chilled water to all customers at established chilled water temperatures and required flow rates through piping network meeting optimum energy efficiency.
- Key Activities and Tasks:
Ensure Health & Safety Policy of company related to Operators & Technicians are implemented.
To ensure preventive and corrective maintenance schemes for all Emicool plant equipment currently under operation and any new Plants put into operation are carried out according to manufacturer’s recommendations and international standards.
Review daily plant performance reports and ensure corrective and preventive actions are followed.
Provide all relevant details to Sr. Operations & Maintenance Manager to submit monthly operations and maintenance reports to COO briefing about cost analysis for generated plant efficiency for each Plant and other maintenance activities.
Ensure that all the operations of the DCPs are carried out by maintaining the highest safety standards.
Ensure plant cleanliness at all times.
Improve energy efficiency of all plants.
Develop skills of all staff working under operation and maintenance section.
Ensure all inventory records are maintained.
Coordinate with all technical department sections for any activities related to chilled water distribution.
Any other technical works or activities which may be delegated by the senior management.
Involve in tendering of operation and maintenance for business development.
Contribute to sustainable development involving in usage of solar power, TSE water, improving energy and water efficiency.
Execute minor projects within the plant premises.
Preparation of Budget for all designated DCPs.
Review O&M reports to related designated DCPs.
To review Tender process (Tendering/Opening Tender).
To check evaluation report.
Ensure closing of breakdowns.
Ensure the implementation of PPM activities.
Ensure the historical data records (ppm, breakdowns, opening & closing, and operational records).
Revisions of outsourced works (invoices, completion reports, service reports).
Approval of work permits belongs to designated plants.
Ensure correctness of payment preparation procedures.
Develop knowledge about PPM, breakdowns activities and maintenance activities.
Develop & Training Operations staff to carry out maintenance activities.
Develop & Training the Maintenance staff to carry out operation activities.
Develop negotiation skills with contractors/suppliers.
