- To coordinate with design team and to follow up with the contractors for the fit-out works
- To check the fit-out work at site and to make sure the work is being executed as per the approved drawings.
- To report and maintain the records of maintenance problem at site.
- To coordinate with the other internal departments in relation to the fit-out works
- To update the AS BUILT drawings in coordination with the document controller .
- Responsible to be available at the emergency as required
- To build and maintain the good relation with the stakeholders.
- Prepare the reports related to handing over, taking over & reinstatement work of DSO –LOB’S and maintain the records.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures of DSOA.
- Monitoring all the activities related to the fit-out works at site.
- Any other works as assigned by the line manager or department head.
- To maintain the records of daily activities at site and prepare the weekly and monthly reports.
- To verify the documents received as per the check list before issuing the PTW.
- To maintain all records related to dept. KPI’S / OPP
- To review the quotations and prepare the evaluation for the maintenance related works.
- To review the invoices and verify the works as completed per the scope.
- Allocation of manpower and service provider to the assigned work.
- To prepare the technical evaluation of the requisitions raised with the related works.
- To maintain the records of open and closed LPO and coordinate with the concerned dept. to close the same.
- To attend the service request as received from helpdesk and follow up with the service provides to close the same .
- To review the fit-out drawings and provide the comments.
- To review the documents and issue the work permit to the contractors for all LOB’s –commercial.
- To assit the related depts regarding the arangements of the internal & external events.
