We are having our own Branded Showrooms (Luxury Branded Showrooms) across UAE, selling internationally renowned Luggage Brands in the Market. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Retail Division Head is primarily responsible for setting up the business plan of the luxury retail division (Luggage) along with goals and objectives, budgets and commercial targets in alignment with the Groups’ strategic direction for the short and long term. He will be overall responsible for managing the Division and its Operations efficiently.
The Retail Division Head should:
• Handle the Division right from Procurement till Sales.
• Prepare annual sales plans and annual budgets in line with groups’ vision and mission.
• Develop and conduct goals, objectives, policies, procedures and work standards within the luxury retail division.
• Be responsible for commercials, strategy, reporting, marketing, performance management, budget, and stock management.
• Identify the best sales channel, develop marketing strategies, design and participate in large scale sales promotion / demos to promote sales.
• Monitor daily operations to ensure that goals and objectives are met; from sales targets, margins and profit.
• Review and develop the stores performance, sales targets, marketing activities, staff training and development.
• Maintain relationships with the suppliers and business partners to ensure that overall growth of the division is aligned with the Groups strategy.
• Manage the leasing / rental / promotional activities with Malls / Hyper Markets.
• Promote and grow customer base and service excellence.
• Monitor, analyze and report the market trends and competitor activities to the Management periodically.
• Be responsible for the Division's sales, revenue growth and profitability.
