Roles and Responsibilities
\[ Implement and monitor HSE management programs, processes, practices, guidelines and emergency preparedness, disaster response and business continuity plans that are aligned to and based upon international best practice in coordination with the various department heads so as to mitigate health, safety and environmental risks relative to the various industry segments that the company operates within
\[ Ensure that all incidents relating to Security and HSE management (incident, accidents, near misses, potential civil claims & workman‘s compensation claims) are promptly reported, escalated, investigated and resolved as dictated by policies and procedures defined by Corporate Policies and Group Risk Management function
\[ Extract, analyze and interpret data relating to incidents & accidents so as to identify new and emerging threats, identify root cause, problematic sites/areas and present to management a consolidated view of HSE issues, threats and risks together with recommendation on how to best mitigate the same through effective and appropriate resource allocation and utilization of physical, electronic and procedural controls, in the most cost effective manner

\[ Monitor processes relating to the movement of inventory between distribution centre and depot‘s with a view to validating the accuracy of inventory transfer‘s and investigating discrepancies
\[ Liaise with the Corporate Asset Protection Department and provide all compliance related information as required by the Corporate Asset Protection Policy
