Bachelor’s degree or any related courses is an advantage
Minimum 2 years of experience in a reputed Hospitality Establishment within GCC in a similar capacity
With relevant technical qualifications in addition to employment experience from Europe
Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge and strong background to handle operations
Strong leadership, motivational and communication skills
Solid Profit and Loss (P&L) management background
Ability to manage and motivate a team including training and developing staff
Organize with professional and attentive service to guest and clients
Excellent communication skills
