- Preparation of innovative and creative cuisine of the highest quality, presentation and flavour for the dining rooms, banquets.
- Menu development and maintaining updated and accurate costing of all dishes prepared.
- Coordinates with the purchase department for acquisition of needed goods and services.
- Ensure proper purchasing, receiving and food storage standards in the kitchen.
- Review weekly and monthly schedules to meet forecast and budget.
