Key Responsibilities:
- Posting various journal entries required for daily routine business transactions, accruals and reconciling multiple GL accounts;
- Maintaining general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries for accruals reconciliations, foreign exchange and variances;
- Leading month-end close procedures;
- Reviewing all financial transactions, monitoring compliance with IFRS and identifying areas where additional accuracies and efficiency could be achieved;
- Prepare and timely submit monthly financial reporting (BS, PL, CF, etc.) and other corporate reporting requirements with the highest level of quality standards;
- Prepare and present annual financial statements, annual budgets and other financial or business reports and documents to Senior and Executive Management;
- Demonstrate understanding of the financial systems, operations, accounting, audits and budgets of the Company;
- Understand and ensure compliance with local legislation, financial and tax laws and guidelines, compliance with IFRS;
- Provide an operational work with local and international banks on regular basis, including accounts management, transfers arrangement, contacts with account managers, bank statements monitoring;
- Monitoring financial condition by conducting audits, providing information to external auditors during annual audit process of financial statements;
- Work with the Head Office and Rep Office finance teams to deliver the external audit, review and analyse results and recommend for approval the audited financial statements (under IFRSs)
Квалификация и опыт работы:
- Квалифицированный дипломированный бухгалтер (ACCA, CIMA, CA);
- Минимум 10 лет опыта работы после получения квалификации;
- Желателен опыт работы в логистике.
