Guest Relations Officer - Masadirservices

Provide passengers an exceptional level of customer service at all times. • Greet passengers as they enter the Lounge and introduce them to all aspects of the Lounge product, advising them of all available services and offering assistance where required to maintain customer loyalty. • Ensure to review and understand all admission instructions received from our global partners for a smooth check in delivery process and efficient billing instruction. • Undertaking front desk service duties such as check in procedures. • Acting as a central source of information for guests during their visit. • Assist operational staff in a proactive manner, to ensure passenger needs are met. • Sell lounge access to walk-in guests and be responsible for all pro-active and day-to-day facilities issues. • Demonstrate a complete understanding of the Lounge’s policies and procedures and service standards and have full knowledge of the lounge facilities and services provided. • Ensure that the reception is manned, tidy, operationally prepared and stocked at all times in order to be available for guests as a point of contact. • Answer phone calls and other duties assigned as directed by the Lounge Supervisor. • Any and all other work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.
