Our client specializes in corporate and management consulting, accounting services and legal advisory
Offering a “One Stop Approach” for clients interested in setting up in the UAE as a hub for their local, regional and international business development.
They are currently looking for a Business consultant to join the team.
The Key role, reporting to the team leader, is to consult and advise clients on company setup, legal advice, visa renewals, etc
Role and Responsibilities
- Opening company bank accounts
- Company renewals
- Applying for investor/employee residency visas
- Filing Economic Substance notification/report
- Real estate transactions related to the company
- Drafting employment and tenancy contracts
- Drafting template based resolutions, power of attorneys and letters
- Any other activity related to the life of the company, such as invoicing, payments, etc...
