A leading food and beverage distributor, manufacturer, and third-party logistics service provider based in UAE
Job Description:
- Develop and train retail sales team members by conducting daily sales observations, weekly report card sessions and weekly sales meetings.
- Have a clear understanding of each type of product and be able to ascertain if the quality is up to standards.
- Have knowledge of all customer complaints and ensure that all complaints are investigated and resolved in a timely fashion.
- Assist in the procurement of all necessary materials for the sales department.
- Work closely with logistic and distribution department to ensure that all orders are filled properly and in a timely manner.
- Have complete knowledge of all customer requirements and product specifications as well as UAE and GCC market.
