Product Specialist
Location: Dubai
- Prepare the company’s product solutions for projects in compliance with project guidelines and standards.
- Support client technical meetings to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Maintain project database ensuring all project data is retained and kept up to date.
- In depth knowledge of specification, norms and guidelines relevant to the company’s products and their application.
- Preparing product benchmarks against competitors in line with the company’s guidelines.
- Provide technical training to company staff and business partners.
- Coordinate and interface with parent company in ensuring selections and engineering are in line with protocol.
- Capacity to read engineering construction drawings and determine the optimum solutions from these.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and capability to produce 2D drawings.
- Prepare presentations on the various products portfolio to company staff and business partners.
- Participate in seminars, conferences and events.
- Report preparation and data analysis.
- Continually develop the knowledge base of the company’s products and their application in Middle East projects.
- Assist in the implementation of new processes and procedures and look for new ways to streamline the operational efficiency of the department.
