Membership Manager, AED 10-14,000 per month, Dubai - Sapphire Recruitment Consultants

This role requires someone who can proactively assist the Director and my client’s team in the day to day running of the business to achieve the Vision, Mission and Goals of the organization. Responsible for membership and database management and business development support. This role would suit someone who currently works in an institution or professional membership organization.

 

Description:

  • Developing and promoting my client’s membership programme in liaison with the Marketing Manager, ensure membership value proposition is regularly reviewed and refreshed, benefits are relevant and up to date and introduce new benefits
  • Membership growth and development in line with targets and monitoring satisfaction and retention
  • Managing the CRM by maintaining it and enriching it, creating basic data analysis and reports when required, refine and improve the system and processes and to ensure that my client’s teams are supported and trained in all their CRM needs
  • Keeping the Members Register up to date with any member changes and assisting members to use the online membership platform
  • Managing the Members membership payments
  • Membership communications and reporting through regular emails to members about their membership and the benefits available to them, creating mini surveys and quizzes for members and reporting on the results, conduct an annual membership survey and monthly membership reports
  • Supporting membership growth and development by identifying new potential members and handling inquiries
  • Supporting the Events Team by assisting members and non-members with event registration completion and confirmation and managing inquiries as required
