Our EAME (Europe, Africa, and the Middle East) IM&T team are currently looking to recruit an ‘IT Service Desk Analyst’ to be based in our Dubai office to provide additional support for our growing teams in the Dubai office and others in the wider region. You will be required to provide a high level of support and service to the EAME user community in response to incidents, requests, and project works for Givaudan supported computer applications and platforms.
The role will report to the IM&T Workplace Service Desk Manager for EAME. This is a full-time role with us on an open temporary contract for 1 year to start with and work 5 days a week; the contract could be extended later depending on our business requirement.

In this exciting role, you will:
- Problem-solve: Provide first level support on service desk calls spanning a wide range of applications, systems, and hardware.
- Investigate and inform: Review service desk requests and keep the user informed of progress through the lifecycle of the call, from inception to resolution.
- Build and reconstruct: Provide support for workstations to Givaudan specifications, including critical hardware/operating system rollouts.
- Drive for results: You will have a real flair for getting things done with the ability to learn and absorb new skills and knowledge quickly.
