JOB PURPOSE
CCC Operations requires 24X7; for monitoring and controlling IBMS and CAFM system
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Verify Work Request details & create Work Order link to Work Request
- Receive calls during business days & hours I.e. 10:00PM – 7:00AM
- To follow up with MEP / Non MEP Coordinators I.e. FM on site verification delay Work Orders as per appointment / Service Level Agreement
- Do the verifications of MEP & Non MEP Work Orders onsite verification feedback from the MEP Coordinator / NON MEP coordinators and forward to respective FM.
- To ensure all Completed Work Orders are closed by relevant parties.
- To ensure daily reports on Closed Work Request, Closed Work Orders & other reports to generate & report to CCC Manager.
- To Monitor equipment failure & convert into Work order for contractor and report to the site supervisor, to maximize operation of the system.
- Checks routinely for correct operation of all equipment in locations that include BMS control systems.
- Monitor the operation of the HVAC control systems using the BMS to monitor performance.
- To advise the FM managers on outstanding work against SLAs within the iViva system
