We are looking for a professional, dynamic and enthusiastic OFFICE SECRETARY who functions well as part of a team, in an efficient, detail-oriented, and proactive manner. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional who has deep experience supporting senior management with global responsibilities in a fast-paced business management services firm. The candidate should be a team player, extremely motivated, resourceful, organized, communicative, and able to leverage the managers' time by completing tasks independently with strong attention to detail and a consistently positive attitude. The position is based in Dubai.

Job Description:

  • Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages.
  • Handling quotations and invoices of customer.
  • Maintain scheduling and appointment calendars.
  • Complete forms in accordance with company procedures.
  • Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies.
  • You will assume the duty of clerical and administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office.
  • You will assist CEO and executives by supporting them with planning and distributing information.
  • You will be the point of reference for all queries, requests or issues and will be an integral part of the company’s workforce.
