JOB PURPOSE
The business development Associate’s role is to develop and implement business development initiatives throughout the firm, also to drive sustainable financial growth for the company through boosting sales, identify new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and playing a strategic role in developing the organization internally.
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Achieve or exceed the sales target assigned.
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
● Identifying, developing, and implementing best practices to expand up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
● Attend Business Forums and meetings, Expos…etc.
● Support and drive the daily and the strategic operation such as Quotation & business proposals, price structuring, customer communication, customer satisfaction and organisational efficiency.
● Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
● Understand and participate in the workflow cycles as per the department set responsibilities.
● Monitor market, industry, and competitive trends. Conduct research related to clients, prospects, industry segments and competitors.
