Job Role:
Maintains customer relationships by visiting store
Maintains store shelves by observing displays of company products; removing damaged or freshness-dated products; tidying store shelves; providing optimum display of products
Coordinates with sales departments for the product orders
Helps with promotions and advertising campaigns
Collects sales invoice and other related documents
Responds quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries, by telephone, fax and email
Develops strong relationships with clients
Collects customer feedback and market research
