Urgent Requirement for an experienced Facilities Assistant Manager for a renowned 7-star hotel property in Dubai

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Manager in planning, organizing, and managing the company’s business goals and objectives to deliver efficient, professional service to all stakeholders.
  • Responsible to manage several Capex procurement categories, operations responsibilities, reporting metrics, working with stakeholders to ensure compliance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead the tender process through techno-commercial evaluation, post-tender negotiation, contracting, purchase order, and delivery.
  • Align with internal customers such as Engineering, Facilities, and Operations to understand and implement process improvements while maintaining a pipeline of projects.
  • Perform procurement activities of goods and services with adherence to the company policies and regulations.
