Responsibilities and Duties
- Advise on menu and products selections
- Serve food and beverages
- Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards
- Order and maintain inventory of both chiller and non-chiller products
- Describe and advise on patisseries selection
- Describe menu items for customers
- Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
- Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
- Balance cash and record sales
- Provide customer service to assist clients/guests with special needs
