职责:




•为公司的日常运作提供全方位的行政和秘书支持,包括但不限于办公用品的采购,账单,文件归档,日常开支管理和处理,人员安排,预订行程以及会议安排等。


•照顾员工宿舍


•参与各种小组项目,并协助后续,促进和实施项目


•负责与不同部门,内部和外部各方的沟通和协调;


•履行指定的临时职责

所需候选人资料


要求:


•学士学位/文凭持有者,最好是工商管理或人力资源相关学科


•至少2年的办公室管理/秘书经验


•正面,负责任,细致,准确


•以灵活积极的工作态度高度适应变化


•良好的协调,沟通和人际交往能力


•精通MS Office(Word,Excel和PowerPoint)和中文文字处理


•精通英语和中文(普通话)




Job location: Ras Al Khaimah


Responsibilities:


• Provide a full spectrum of administrative and secretarial support for daily operation of the institute, including but not limited to procurement of office supplies, billing, documents filing, daily expenses management and processing, bookings of staff transportation, and meetings arrangement etc.

• Take care the Staff Dormitory

• Participate in various group projects, and assist in the follow-up, promotion and implementation of projects

• Responsible for the communication and coordination with different departments, internal and external parties;

• Carry ad-hoc duties as assigned
