Job Role:
Reports to General Manager (Retail) and supervise Sales Executives & Account Executives
Develop sales & marketing strategies to penetrate untapped / virgin segments within the assigned territory and achieve annual targets in the existing marketing base.
Drive business growth through identification & penetration of new market segments
Explore overseas markets, identify suitable importers and appoint Distributors on assessment of their capabilities to meet corporate objectives
Develop sales plans, annual budgets and forecast to provide quarterly and monthly reports to senior management.
Generate timely MIS and market intelligence reports
