Voice Account Manager - China Telecom

l   To hit targets by identifying and securing business opportunities from prospective customers

l   To manage voice trading system and monitor traffic flow very closely, negotiate voice agreements and interconnection agreements

l   To create price lists on regular basis according to different customer needs and focuses

l   To work closely in consultation with the Director of International Voice Business and other team members ensuring that the voice team’s sales targets and objectives are achieved in a professional, timely and cost effective manner

l   To anticipate client needs, prospect and pursue new business opportunities at all times

l   To build up close relationships with all customers and suppliers across all accounts and be able to strengthen customers’ confidence into loyalty

l   To promote and enhance company image by demonstrating professional sales and services at all times.
