Project Document Coordinator - Hypermedia FZ-LLC

  1. Prepare and submit CIMP, ACCA, PTW, NOC applications for commencing the work
  2. Follow-up the approvals from Municipality, DDA, RTA and concerned agencies
  3. Coordinate, follow up and lead suppliers on site and make sure the work is completed as per the schedule
  4. Prepare method statements and risks assessments
  5. Conduct Joint inspections at site, site surveys, testing and commissioning when required
  6. Coordinate the NOC related particulars for the contractor
  7. Update the list of NOCs and permits
  8. Renew any permit or NOC that is about to expire
  9. Maintain submittal logs, RFI logs, shop drawing logs etc. and distribute relevant documents to project team(s)
  10. Maintain and monitor Project plans, project schedules, work hours
  11. Document and following up on important actions and decisions from the meetings
  12. Ensure deadlines are met
  13. Support Operational and Technical Manager for inquiries in delivered projects (activations/installations)
