Key accountability of Inbound/Outbound and Inventory Management. Work in liaison with reporting head to ensure Brand strategy is executed in line with promotional activities to achieve business goals.

Assist with analysis of historical performance of store/categories as a base of Next Year/Seasonal budgeting/forecasting.

Preparation of departmental reports and Monitor stock levels per territory/store/departments and

work in liaison with Snr Planners on markdown proposals and suggest strategy for slow movers.

Inbound Management

o  Monitor upcoming shipments

o  Preparation of POs & liaise with Logistics team for timely in-warding of shipments and ASN creation

o  Monitor excess/shortages in shipments to accordingly raise POs

o  Reconcile cost variations of intakes vs Financial Invoices and make timely corrections

o  Work closely with Senior Planner to ensure accuracy of hierarchy mapping

o  Work closely with IT team for accurate item registration

Regular store visits to analyse inventory levels vis-à-vis business reports and initiate replenishment where required.

Work closely with Snr Planners to implement pricing and promotions timely for all territories

Analyse cost fluctuation from supplier and suggest appropriate changes in retails and promotional strategy.
