JOB DESCRIPTION:
Upsell music and dance packages over the phone
Promote and upsell all company services and products and inform clients about new services and discounts
Formulate different sales strategies to increase sales and ensure that all promotional materials such as business cards, flyers, and branded materials are replenished
Manage the performance of sales agents and ensure that the targets will be achieved
Develop and deliver training programs for sales agents as needed
Manage all customer problems or grievances and expedite resolution to concerns
