POSITION: Trainee/ Sales Assistant
SALARY: up to 6,333 AED all-inclusive depending on years of experience and qualifications plus fringe benefits

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCED REQUIRED:
Open to Chinese speaker
Male/Female, 35 y/o and below
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
WSET or similar qualification, degree in Hospitality or any relevant course is a plus but not a must
1 year of experience in Wine industry/F&B/Hospitality/retail or customer facing role
A passion for and understanding of wine and spirits
Team player as well as self-starter
With initiative, self-motivated and target orientated
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Good written and spoken English
Well-presented individual
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Handling the whole customer purchasing life cycle from assisting with wine choices to completing transactions and deliveries
Dealing with VIP customers whether it is in store, via e-mail or on the telephone
Stocking, replenishing, and cleaning the sales area in both stores
Monitoring and updating product display areas
Dealing with customer enquiries and queries both diplomatically and professionally at all times
Completing administrative tasks and running reports through Excel, Tableau, AX, Outlook and MRMS
Ordering and receiving stock from the warehouse and ensuring all stock movements are well managed
Perform other duties as requested by the Line Manager
