Administrative Operations Manager - Quest Search & Selection



Quest Search and Selection is working with a leading retail company in the Middle East, looking for an Administrative Operations Manager to join their team in Dubai. We are ideally looking for someone with a strong background in the retail industry and delivering operational process efficiency.

As an Administrative Operations Manager, you will:

- Manage overall daily operations, ensuring that all admin operations are running smoothly
- Establish a well-organized work procedure and workflow/process
- Prepare regular dashboards/ reports and gather key insights for business improvement
- Source and recommend vendors in support for the business' operational efficiency
- Ensure that all trade licenses and relevant operational systems are up-to-date
- Recruit, manage, and train staff

Desirable skills and background:

- Bachelor's Degree, with at least 5 years' experience in a similar role and capacity
- Significant work experience on similar role in the retail sector
- Outstanding communication, presentation, analytic and planning skills
- Familiarity with computer software, digital and social media technologies
- Excellent English and Arabic communication skills
