Talent Acquisition Manager - Alshaya Enterprises

Working under the supervision of the Regional HR & Admin Manager, the Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, managing and overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment processes and strategies in Alshaya Enterprises. The person will design and improve the effectiveness of Recruitment services, processes, and programs designed to align with key business initiatives. The Talent Acquisition Manager heads and manages the Recruitment team. He/She has to accomplish the defined recruitment cycle time and consistent quality of job applicants.


Job duties include but are not limited to:


•Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies


•Design, plan and execute employer branding activities


•Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors


•Enforce employee referral programs


•Use HRIS, Recruitment Marketing tools


•Source and find candidates qualified for open positions


•Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast


•Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological tests etc.)


•Reviews employment applications and background check reports


•Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience


•Lead, oversee and supervise members of the recruiting team


•Use sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles


•Update current and design new recruiting procedures


•Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)


•Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs


•Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners


•Preparing and Implementing Manpower Plan of the organization.


•Providing management with weekly, monthly and annual recruitment reports


•Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units.


•Responsible for complete end to end process for Executive Search requirements


•Work closely with Hiring/Line Managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process.


•Drafting the job description by understanding the business and job requirements with the approval of the management.


•Screening & conducting personal interviews to maintain high level of profile quality.


•Encouraging the employees to provide references for better prospects.


•Managing Pre-hiring & On-boarding programs for new hires


•Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to leadership function
