• Handling the corporate matters / governance for the MEA region (including Turkey)
• Reviewing sales/service contracts and drafting distribution, logistics, subcontract agreements
• Providing advice and assistance in the capacity of a Legal Counsel (for all Business Units)
• Working with the Regional Ethics & Compliance Officer in legal and ethical matters
• Administering & managing the documentation database for the MEA region’s corporate matters
• Reporting directly to the Legal Director and assisting with any matters as and when instructed
