Executive Assistant to Chairman
Salary: 15,000 - 20,000 AED

My client is a pioneer in services industry and covers its major scopes to include air conditioning, oil and gas, marine, healthcare and chemicals to name a few. My client has played a proactive role in the UAE since the 1960s.
Tasks
• To support and coordinate administrative activities of the Chairman's office.
• To organize diary appointments, meetings and events.
• To arrange and coordinate special events both in-country and internationally.
• To maintain and update Chairman's contact lists.
• To keep files and critical documents up to date.
• To organize foreign travel arrangements.
• To support Chairman's family and domestic arrangements as and when required.
• To liaise with external parties and institutions on behalf of the Chairman.
• To liaise with executive management on Chairman's requests.
